Sony TV recall

So whats the score with the recall on the bravias? I called the 0844 number http://conversation.which.co.uk/technology/sony-br... which goes dead.

The sony site doesnt accept my serial number (probably a good thing as im sure they will lose my details...).
Are they or arent they looking at a recall?
Free engineer sevice/repair?
Is there a number to call?

Me thinks Samsung next!

ah yes. will call local sony shop....
