Best Sky deal I can expect to negotiate

We currently have BT Vision with 10GB per month Broadband and BT phoneline which is costing around £40 per month. Our block of flats has recently had communal Sky installed and I'm looking to swap to :-

Sky + HD
Basic Phone package
Unlimited Broadband

This is as standard £50 per month, what can I realistically get it for?

Also do I need to add Sky Sports to get the F1 channel?

You only need the HD package to get Sky F1.

That's what I have. Tried to negotiate a deal to get a new 1TB box and/or multi room, but they said they couldn't do any better than their website

Quite happy with my deal, was already a sky broadband and telephone customer and left them about a year before coming back.
Was offered half price tv package, but had to pay full price for hd, for 1 year. Managed to negotiate on top of this a 1tb box for £49 or £59 can't remember with free self installation.
Very happy with this deal had been a sky customer for about 6 years on top non hd package before I left for a year so this could be why it was offered.
