Two hdmi on tv, require 3.

I have a tv with 2 x hdmi ports. I require three - ps3, sky hd and new apple tv.

Any suggestions? I bought a splitter on eBay but doesn't appear to be working.

AFAIK some splitters work in the reverse to what you expect, e.g. the single plug is the input, which it then outputs to both sockets, at a guess thats what you've ended up with ?

i use that as i have 5 hdmi devices going into my amp that only has 4 ports.
