Sky Freeview help

Been using our old Sky box upstairs for about 5 years. When we moved to cable I called Sky and they converted my viewing card to Freeview.

A couple of days ago we started getting the message 'this is the wrong card for this set top box' just on itv1. Everything else is ok.

Rebooted box and taken card out cleaned contacts etc ?

Any ideas before I call sky ?

it's freesat. What colour is the card? Blue or white? it may be the card needs paired to the box if it's a white card. Call Sky.

Think it's white but it's the card thats always been in that box and we've been using it for years.
