Anyone got one? I am thinking of getting a Gecko IMPROV 900 with the cantilever fitting and wondered if anyone had one or one of their other models and could comment on quality?

I don't have that particular model, mine is an 1100 with the cantilever bracket and the quality is good for the price.

Black gloss is decent and cantilever is industrial, but it is flat pack furniture and there are a few points that let it down. No lateral bracing so it can go out of square making it difficult to close the door and the beading to hold the glass in isn't the best quality. I also can't use the rear panel, as with all this furniture it is just too small for mid / high end kit to fit.

I'd buy again considering it looks like I spent a lot more than I really did, and it just about fits all my kit, so positives outweigh the negatives.

Great thanks, I will be getting the cantilever bit too. The one thing that put me off is that you can see some of the screws when its built and they are silver not black so looks like i might be buying some black paint!

mine is all black, no silver bits so don't have that problem, its just annoying that you can't use the rear panel to hide the cable runs as the depth of the unit is not enough to accommodate amp and connections.

Yep got two side by side. When mine was delivered it didn't have the plastic inserts for the screws (didn't know it should have them) so screwed it all together only for it to chew through the wood. They replaced all side panels in a week so the customer service is good. Looks great and well built but make sure you have a good dust cloth handy smile
