I've had a bit of a google but can't find what I want as yet.

I'm after a wall hung shelving unit for TV accessories, probably Sky, PS3 and maybe an amp and also an Apple TV box.

I want something fairly chunky in an Oak effect if possible.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Cheers....

I think a bit more detail is required.
Do you want shelves that:
  • don't have any apparent suport (cantilevered off the wall)?
  • are to fit in an alcove?
  • are like a small bookcase?
  • are hanging of a single spine which is used to hide all the cables?
  • etc.

Right, yes OK.

Yes

No

Well, rectangular in shape with two openings i.e. a rectangle with one shelf giving three surfaces to put stuff on although I dont plan to use the top. I would say two or three 'accessories per shalf.

No, I want to leave the top surface free and hang the TV on the wall so that there isn't any space between the TV and the top of the shelving unit so that it looks like the TV is sitting on the shelf, although I'm going to hang it on a wall bracket. This way hiding cables wont be a problem.

I am hanging the TV quite high up as it is in a playroom and I want to keep it all away from destructive little hands.

I do have the option of getting it made but I'm sure I have seen something similar before somewhere.

Cheers
