Yamaha A-S2000 Amplifier

Hi Guys,
I'm looking at new amp to replace my current Technics SU-V6 which is now 30 years young and starting to show its age.
I've just upgraded to some Dynaudio DM speakers and want upgrade my amplifier accordingly. I really like the Yamaha A-S2000 which seems to have a lot of good reviews but I would be interested in hearing your opinions or alternative suggestions before I consider blowing a large chunk of cash on one!
I like basic two channel stereo and tend to play a variety of CDs and also a lot of vinyl so I am after a good quality system to make the most of the formats.
