i was going to go for a soundbar but they all have optical connections and my tv is coaxial, also you have to pay over 160 for a half decent sound, tbh im not fussed about improving my tv's sound quality, i mainly want it to connect to my laptop occasionaly or my phone/ipod to listen to music, being able to connect to my xbox would also be ideal.
What is the best route for me, i want a powerfullish system but i only want 2 speakers, soundbars are too much for what they are so am i best buying 2.1 speakers for a pc and buy a seperate optical cable convertor for the xbox? if this is the case can anyone reccomend a good system for less than 160 pounds.
