Flatscreen mounts-size vs weight

I'm looking to buy a ceiling mounted LCD bracket and am rather confused at the spec.

It's a VESA 100 bracket and says max weight 10Kg and max screen size 23". I've found a VESA 100 32" screen that weighs only 6kg so why couldn't I fit this on the bracket, what is the extra size going to do if the weight is within tolerance?

Thanks for that. Not likely to get knocked off as on the ceiling but important as suspended above someone's head!

In fact it's on a pole arrangement but tilted at 90° so it can be viewed from a laying down position. It's for work but I'm thinking about getting one for home
