Good deals on plasma/LCD?
Discussion
Evening gents.
Due to a flooding issue, my barely used Samsung PS43D450 plasma has been written off. As such, I'm now looking to get a replacement but weirdly (given the approach to Christmas) I'm struggling to find any decent spec plasmas out there for a decent price.
I bought the Samsung in November last year for £329 and was very happy with it. It's now been replaced (with a spec change or two that I'm not to keen about) for around £350 and doesn't seem to perform as well.
Essentially, I'm after a 42" or 43" screen with connectivity for HDMI, VGA and scart. Predominantly it will be used with my PC but will see use for occasional TV/films, too.
The Samsung was a very strong performer for the money so I'm looking for something equal to or better than. At present, I'm struggling without looking at spending a few hundred more which I'd like to avoid if I can as it's in my music room so doesn't get a huge amount of use.
Any recommendatoins?
