Hi

I did try a search but it seems that all results were for big TVs.

A little background;

I'm thinking of getting a TV for the kids bedroom (they're 6 and 4) and I'd like to put all of their DVDs on to a PC and have them be able to "stream" them to the TV. So, I'm after something that will have an easy to use interface (big pictures/thumbnails of the programme preferably - but the eldest can read pretty well so not a show-stopper).

I'm after a small-ish TV. 22" or thereabouts. YouTube would be OK but not necessary. Don't need any other browsing etc.

Is there an all-in-one TV solution? Or am I better off getting a TV and some kind of streaming box? I have an Apple TV in my room and the boys cope with that well, but it has all the bells and whistles that we don't need and is £100 on top of a TV purchase price.

Therefore, I'm essentially after a 22" TV that will stream videos from my PC that will be easy enough of a young'un to use (he's pretty bright though so it doesn't have to be Apple standard of ease-of-use).

Budget is as low as possible but tops £250 really.

Thanks,
Phil.

Cheaper option will be cheap TV and some form of streaming device (box/Raspberry Pi etc).

Best option is "no" wink

Thanks - what's a "box"?
