Just picked one of these up for a tidy bargain from Comet's losing down sale, knowing full-well that it came without a power supply.

Turns out its nigh-on impossible to find one without dropping £60, and even so, questionable if it'll even work..

Please help frown

Best I've found is http://www.ebay.com/itm/POWER-SUPPLY-AC-ADAPTER-fo... but from America etc

What is so special about it? Unique connector?

Yep, and I need to power pack, else I'll probably fry it?

Would one from an original sound dock work?

I've got one that used to be used on my now knackered old dock.

I'd be willing to give it a go! What price are you looking at?

Looking at this http://www.invebo.com/store/Bose_Sounddock_Power_S... the connector looks like a standard power connector. Do you know what voltage it needs?

It says on the manual 110V-240V

http://products.bose.com/pdf/customer_service/owne...

Does that imply I can use any cable, if it fits?

Gallardoguy, does it look like this?
