Down to two, help me choose.
Discussion
Yes another TV thread.
I am down to two screens,
Panasonic's TX-L47ET5B LED TV with passive 3d but glasses are extra
Or
LG's 47LM620T with passive 3d and includes 4 glasses.
If I am going 3d then it has to be passive as I can see the flicker of active glasses, especially if I look off, away from the screen.
So which one, I know the panels are the same, both from lg, put anyone seen or prefer one offer the other?

Always found Panasonic to be easy to use
LG can be clunky
If it is going to be used with an existing bluray, match the manufacturers for better remote interaction
Are you going to add any sort of surround or extra speakers? Panasonics can be a pain if you want to take sound from the headphone socket (although some LG tvs have no headphone socket at all...)

Full surround sound at the moment, it will be upgraded to Monitor Audio Radius later in the year.
Also this is also a general viewing room, the new play room will double as a cinema / demo room when it is converted in the new year. That will be a 92" projector and screen combo with in wall surround sound inc sub.
