Thoughts on new TV requirements

I am looking at getting a Panasonic Viera TX-P50GT50B to replace my Old Panasonic 42 which has developed a dead blue line (intermittently). Crucial point is, whatever I buy has to fit into a recess 118cm x 77cm which the P50GT50B does....just!
Can anyone thing of a better option or deal?
