Does such a thing exist? Living Room Bluetooth?

Evening fellas,
I have a nice setup in my living room, AV receiver, PS3, Tivo, BluRay etc, however, I want to add some sort of hands free phone calling to it. Does such a thing exist?
For example, when I'm in my living room I want to be able to receive sound of a phone call (from my mobile) through my AV receiver. I cant work out how I can connect it to my AV receiver and how to connect a microphone to it?
Anyone got experience with a similar thing?
