Tv numpty question

Netflix or lovefilm, both as good as each other?
Panasonic Veira tv. What it the easiest way of streaming films from one of the providers mentioned above without using laptop/hdmi (?) cable. Is there a cheap wireless box that plugs into the tv and can be used?
Can't be bothered with complicated solutions...... Just the easiest/quickest way of getting films on the tv. (Not asking for much)...
Help/advice much appreciated!

Are Lovefilm and Netflix only available in the UK, I mean within Europe, in the UK?
Are they subject to geolocator issues like iPlayer?
No idea whether they're only available in the UK - however with Netflix I know the US site has a bigger selection - so it does seem to provide content based on where you are. Whether that is billing address or IP I'm not sure. Are they subject to geolocator issues like iPlayer?

Netflix is IP based.
I can get US content with a UK account, they don't appear to have an issue with this. I think it's to do with licensing restrictions to the providers rather than what NF want.
