SkyHD box outputs

I've got a 1TB SkyHD box. Can I use the composite video output at the same time as the HDMI output? The sound works on both simultaneously, but I'd like to know that video will before I spend money on something.

Yes. I have HDMI plugged into the Television, the composite out plugged into a Slingbox and RF2 to distribute around the house.

Out of interest, which one do you have, and what do you think of it?

I have a Slingbox Solo (here: http://uk.slingbox.com/go/slingbox-solo) and it is good. As long as you have a reasonable upload speed on your line you can watch Sky where-ever you are in the world.

I use it less these days as I have installed XBMC and 1Channel on my computer and also set up a private VPN to I can watch iPlayer regardless of the country I'm in.
