Definitive Technology soundbar and sub

I’ve been recommended a soundbar and sub from the above by my local home cinema specialists, specifically the Mythos SSA-50 soundbar and the supercube 4000 sub.

Does anyone have any real world experience of these as uk reviews seem pretty scarce?

I borrowed one of these for a week. I ended up getting a set of Quad L-ites.

Nice idea, and a simple to use solution, but I wan't impressed with the sound for the price. Just too expensive.

We've sold quite a bit of the Def tech stuff ... I like the design as it suits LED TV's, although you might want to consider the XTR sound bar (Solocinema) which has a smaller profile.

One product which has had very good reviews is the Goldenear 3D array http://www.goldenear.com/products/supercinema3d
