I think this will be a great solution for me in the next house with a full-house audio setup, question is which one? Anyone got any recommendations?

People rate Spotify for quality and Napster for the actual collection.

Not tried them back to back tbh, just went straight to Napster as they gave (not any more) dealers free accounts.

I think you get a free trial on both with Sonos anyway, certainly Napster.

So try them and see what you like.

The offline mode is also very good for when you're away on holiday.

I take my iPad with loads of different playlists (all offlined), along with a Big Jambox - its perfect for any hotel room in the world, and both fit in my overhead locker bag smile

Is it not 'Napster by Rhapsody'? I cancelled my subscription when Rhapsody took over as it was so unreliable, but they seem to have sorted the issues out now.

+ 1

Use it at work mainly through head phones, occasionally in car or gym.

Spotify - brilliant. Literally transformed the way I listen to music over the past 5 years or so, haven't purchased a single CD since. Premium subscription well worth it - take music collections offlne, on holiday, in car, gym etc.

Sonos + Spotify - the best investments I"ve made in recent years (plus a pair of Monitor Audios to go with thumbup)

Really?!
I have Sonos and it will not work with Sonos.
Looking at the best format to get napster to work. There site charges 10£ a month and wondered if there are any short cuts?

Been using napster for a year or so, been great especially the offline for holidays/gym. Certainly worth a tenner a month I have even ditched the cd collection to music magpie.

Few artists not on that I would have liked but opens up a lot of new music you wouldn't even have thought about.
