What budget 32" TV?

I have around £350 to spend but I suspect anything will be better than my ancient CRT Sony Wega that I'm using. I want to be able to watch stuff I've downloaded with minimal fuss and would also like to have Freeview HD. I have no intention to get a Blu Ray player or Sky HD anytime soon.

Any recommendations?
