Last FM has disappeared from my NA7004???

The system upgraded itself this week and the upgrade seemed to consist of removing Last FM which is now "not available in your county". Any ideas? OK I ididn't use it much but I now have an "online music" button that doesn't seem to serve a purpose anymore...unless Marantz are bringing Spotify onboard which would make life a lot simpler...

Rather annoyingly mine appears to have done the same, I'm guessing Marantz fked something up with the firmware update.

Update: I've submitted a question to Marantz to see if they have any ideas.

This was the reply I got from their support, I'll take a closer look at the weekend:

We are unaware to date of this particular symptom and have so far been unable to replicate it at our UK office.
May we request please that you:
Process a micro-processor reset on the unit -
see the uploaded document "NA7004 - Factory Reset.docx"

Determine that the firmware versions have been completed correctly - please note the version details
please see the uploaded document "NA7004 - Firmware Retrieval.docx" to help find the versions

...or in other words they don't believe there's a problem so won't do anything to fix it!

Strange, turned mine on this morning and it's just done another update, signed into Last.fm first time...

As did I! however, what I did notice was that it selects artists/tracks much more in keeping with the selected artist/style. Previously it was very random.

I also had an email from Marantz asking me if the 2nd update had fixed it!

Have been working from home today so it's been on most of the day and you're right it's not drifted off to random music this time.

...and now that my faith is restored, it's still a fantastic piece of kit isn't it!
