Decent circum-aural headphones
Discussion
I don' care for the sensation of conventional headphone cushions resting on my outer ears, and want to get the type that fit right over. Some time ago I tried a pair of Sennheiser circum-aural bluetooth headphones which were designed for travelling, and were somewhat compact as a result, but they were too small to fit right over my ears and so I had to send them back.
I don't need the bluetooth aspect, just something comfy to wear, and closed back too.

I had a look at a review for the Sound Magic headphones you mention, and it does say 'giant cups'
so there's a good chance they will actually fit over my ears, which is what I wanted. No-one has ever said my ears are larger than the average, although I am quite tall so I suppose they are in proportion.
So I reckon I will give those a go, thanks.

I love the sennheiser hd 500 range and up, I have a trusty pair of hd580's which I have had for years and still going strong. I used them professionally as my mobile studio monitoring system along with a sugden headmaster. I find the fit very good even when used for prolonged times, they can be found for a good price now.
