Anyone got an Xperia Z Controlling their system?

Looking at migrating from a netbook (which was desperately slow before I ran an AVG check on it and it's surprisingly fast if now graphically challenged) to a tablet. I want to control my Marantz NA7004 and other stuff and get Spotify playing wirelessly if I can but I have always shied from Apple stuff. I know there is a Marantz remote app available but it doesn't seem to work on Android, so now that I've worked out how to get Airplay working on Android I thought the Sony with it's IR function might be the happy compromise. Or it's an iPad 4 and I shut my mouth...

The best thing about using the netbook is playing via USB and using the Marantz as a DAC. I don't know if any tablet allows for this (see recent other thread)
