Just bought my first house and although I don't move in until end of October I've already got plans in place wink Living room is a bit tight and a 32" TV is the way forward and will be wall mounted. I want one with 3D capability, mainly because I have a 3D camera so nice to playback pictures on the TV.

Bought the latest What Hi-fi and this Samsung gets a 5 star review: http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/tv-dvd-blu-ray/televi...

Question is, are there any other alternatives that are just as good and include Smart features / 3D?

The bad news is that TV isn't 3D according to the Richer Sounds' details for the same model:

http://www.richersounds.com/product/tv---all/samsu...

The good news is that it's a little cheaper than the link you posted.

Richer Sounds do list a 40" Toshiba 3D TV and some more expensive models on this link:

http://www.richersounds.com/products/home-cinema/l...

I've not seen either TV myself and I'm not into 3D displays myself, so can't really help with experience. However, since you haven't got your house yet, it might be worth searching Richer's site nearer the time to see what's about.

I bought an LG 32LM620T http://www.lg.com/uk/tvs/lg-32LM620T-3d-tv for our bedroom - and I'm very happy with it. I also bought the wifi dongle so that I can stream movies/show pics etc. direct from my NAS. The smart-tv function is excellent and the dlna software is infinitely better than the Philips 47" tv we have in the lounge.

If you can still get hold of one I would definitely recommend it. smile
