Panasonic TH-58ph10bk, showing black & white only

Just managed to get one of these free for the kids play room/ Xbox playing. It was used as a video call monitor before Only has scart input so ok for the sky Hd box in there. The sound is great and the pictures nod bad but it is only showing black and white, I have done the usual contrast, colour adjustment but no joy.
Am I missing something very simple

You say it has a scart socket? if so which slot is the input board in?
Also try resetting the Sky box to RGB output with scary control switched on

Also make sure you are using the correct scart output on the Sky box (the one marked TV)

Check it's all set for PAL and not NTSC.
