Apple AirPlay adaptor?

A colleague last week gave me his Yamaha YAS-70 Front Surround System which I've connected to my Samsung TV via Optical and all working perfectly.

I'm now interested in streaming music from my iPhone 5 to this unit. It does have a built in Dock connector for a product they made, but I think this is outdated now.

Yamaha do have an optical Bluetooth device( link) that I could connect to coaxial digital Input 2, but would prefer to use the AirPlay feature rather than Bluetooth.

So the question is, is there an Apple or other device that uses AirPlay to connect to digital coaxial connection?

An Airport Express has an optical output. You can Airplay to it, and plug it into the amp.

That could be a good option as my Wifi router is right next to the Yamaha. Had been thinking of replacing it but only just bought it a couple of months ago.
