Anybody with a LG 47LM670T 47" TV?

Hi,

I've been looking at getting a new TV and my research has led me to the LG 47LM670T, which seems to tick all my requirement boxes.

Has anybody on PH got one of these and could they provide some feedback on it?

The general reviews I've read speak very highly of it, apart from some small issues with watching football or gaming, where the screen can judder or 'tear' due. Seeing as football and gaming will be the main use for the TV, this is a bit of a concern.

Now, I'm not a TV perfectionist. I couldn't point out the difference between 1080i and 1080p just by looking at the screen, so as long as it isn't a really obvious drop in screen quality I think I could live with it.

Prices are around £700 at the moment, which I think is pretty good for a 47" 3D Smart TV, but I'm happy to be corrected or look at alternatives.

BK panasonic TX-L47ET60 easily offers a better pic than the LG and you can get that for less than £730

But spend £860 and you get a Panasonic TX-P50ST60 with annihalates both of them.......

Hmmmmm, they both look pretty good.

I think I'll have to do a bit more research and see how they all stack up
