Bluetooth sounds for a projector home cinema set up advice
Discussion
Hi,
I have a projector set up which i primarily use a macbook as a source.
I primarily chose a projector set up as I love the minimal intrusion it has into the room, and am not a fan of large televisions dominating a room, but love the home cinema experience, with this in mind I would like to now improve upon the audio side of this.
Currently I bluetooth the sound from the source to Logitec bluetooth dongle thingy which is currently in the back of a Vita Digital radio I happen to also have in the room.
In the same room I also have Quad CDP2 and 909 power amp that i would be happy to use as the audio system for my audio visual stuff also, however there is no phono input on the Quad system, so I am struggling to bluetooth the signal from my computer to this system.
I am looking to improve the sounds of my system, without adding a load of extra speakers or cables, I certainly do not want to add a cables running from the back of the room to the front (source to screen).
So what would the resident experts do? Should i just man up and buy a bluetooth soundbar and sub etc? Are there any lag issues with these in terms of lip sync etc? Would anything within a reasonable budget be a inferior to my Quad system? Is there some kind of wonder box that will let me run my audio visual through my Quad system?
