Best Sky package (hardware as well) to get a deal on ?
Discussion
Usually with Sky the 'lads' I have contact with normally recommend ditching the the existing Sky account and then signing up again as a 'new customer' - i.e. use the wife's name and bank account to 'avail' of the latest and best deals and negotiate hard.
If you want full coverage of the EPL (I don't know about Champions League) you are going to need to look at durkier options such as using an IP-TV box running something like XBMC and then a subscription to something like Offside-Streams so you can get the JSC channels.
I'm no fan of football at all - in fact I'd rather watch paint dry. There are many options available to you. Most are illegal in that you will be breaking T&Cs so be careful what you choose - I guess it depends entirely on your moral compass. I pretty much guarantee that every Publican in the UK is/are dragging in dodgy Internet streams in order to get the Saturday 3pm games.

Edit for typo.

I was on a Friends and family deal for a year which was half-price TV. It's finishing next month so I phoned up to cancel as full price is too much for me.
I half expected them to make an offer then but they just said OK that's it cancelled.
They did call back a few days later to see what they could do but all they would offer was 35% off just the sports but not HD.
Do they ever offer half price again if you've been on it before? I think I would've just said yes to an extension of my same deal.
