Blue outline on TV

I have a few samsung TVs dotted around the house and I decided to buy a new one for the bedroom to hook up to my plex server.
The TV however has a blue outline around people like an aura on fast moving images, any ideas on getting rid of it or does the TV have to go back? none of my other samsung TVs do it.
Help appreciated.
