Another what TV thread!!!

I am looking at getting a 40-42" tv and also a sound bar/home theater system. My TOTAL budget is fairly small though at about £750 but from a little research feel it will be adequate to get something reasonable.

So far I think I have narrowed it down to the following:

TV:

Any one have any thoughts on any of these or can suggest anything better?

Anyone have any thoughts?? I am thinking that because I have a PS3 I don't really need the Blu-Ray player. Are there any 5.1 speaker only packages out there that come recommended for less than £300?
