Does anyone know if there some software / graphics card / other kit which will allow the a TV to be used as normal (showing digital channels), but will display a news feed / scrolling ticker tape at the bottom of the screen?
Many digital signage systems do this, but most likely more than you are looking for, I use onelan a lot but not cheap. Is it just the news feed you want?
