Hi All,

In the process of planning for some major house rennovations, part of this will be re-doing the lounge (including removal of the chimney, installing a stud wall and mounting the tv within the wall).

A couple of questions:

1. Has any had any experience with Plasma Centre TV Brackets (specifically this one)

2. I'd like to place the sub behind the sofa on the opposite wall to where the TV and amp will be located. Any recommendations on cables (depending on the route i'd need 5 - 8m).

Is there a way of having going into a backbox with the appropriate faceplate (rather than having a stray cable handing around i'd like to hide this in the wall)

Many thanks,
Phill

I bought my mount from there and it's bang on. Not that specific model but I dare say you'll be happy.

For cables I used QED flats for routing. Is your HDMI in your amp too?

Sorry should have said phono cables (eg. for the sub)

Yes, i've got an Onkyo 605 at present but looking to update to the 626 (mainly as it's a smaller depth so will fit in a cupboard!).

Speaker wise i'm going to re-use my existing Jamo A102s.

HDMI cable runs should be reduced due to the amps positioning and currently the room is the other way around so I just have enough cables to have the rears installed on the side walls at the appropriate height.

Amp will be in the unit with LCR speakers on top

Sub to be located between the sofas:
