Panasonic error message re HDMI connection?

We have a Sky HD set up through Panasonic TV and all works fine.... Until at random times and intervals we get a blue screen and occasionally a message saying :
This device does not support HDCP please call.....
Please disconnect your HDMI connection
We cannot get through the number given.
Any ideas what may be causing an intermittent fault that sometimes rectifies itself after random numbers of seconds and sometimes doesn't unless you switch TV off and on again.
Help gratefully received. (Or do we just use a different connector)
