No TV aerial, options please?

So we have two scenarios so please stick with me and my ignorance....

One bedroom has terrible signal for some reason from outdoor aerial but good wi if from our router. Could we piggy back from Sky in the living room in some easy way without going multi room and extra exterior cabling? Ordovician we just get a 'smart' TV that simply can simply run on WiFi and various on demand or catch up services?

Second bedroom is similar but only place for TV is away from exterior walls so no aerial bar an indoor mobile one. Not great WiFi so is anything going to work bar an inbuilt DVD? This one is an occasional guest room so different requirements to bedroom above which is constantly used....

Any ideas? and thanks for any pointers.

1. Aerial not pointing in correct direction - fix it.
2. Faulty aerial - replace.
3. Faulty cable from aerial - replace.
4. The TV does have a Freeview tuner, doesn't it?
