SONY BRAVIA KDL50W656 LED Power Cable

Afternoon all.

Bought and wall mounted the above tv in my sitting room.....small issue which i will explain later its a cracking TV.

I have gone to the effort of hiding all hdmi/usb/network cables into the party wall. Problem is the power supply has a bulky transformer that a) wont fit in the wall and b) would want to fit in the wall.

Best way to describe without taking a picture (will i will later) is it looks like a power supply similar to labtops. It comes in to 2 pieces,

1no uk plug with cable going into the transformer box
1no cable going from the transformer into the tv. its not your std figure 8 connection or IEC

Can the cable be extended from the transformer to the tv and that part hidden in the wall? i know this will void my warrenty but im wanting this 1 extra caple hidden in the wall.

Will provide pictures of the cable......this is the TV in question.



Without seeing the cable untill i can update has anyone got any possible solutions?
