I am after a mini speaker for my iphone with plenty of bass. I have a huge nad amp downstairs but no way of listening to music upstairs.

My 5 year old has one of these:

It's fine but I want to know if there is something better for up to say £50.

I've got one of these to take away on holiday. Great sounding bit of kit with excellent battery life.

This is the best portable speaker on the market. British designed and built as well.

Had a kitsound Hive for ages, great speaker, bluetooth and upto 10hrs on full charge, you can also take handsfree calls on it which is handy if your otherwise occupied.

Sound quality is better than i expected and very bassy.

Shop around I picked mine up from sainsburys for £35.

I just bought one of these Anker MP141's based one what I read on Amazon reviews and various other places http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00GZC35YK/ref=... and it sounds pretty good, nicely made and impressive spec. It's better on a wooden table than on granite, it now comes with a cloth bag to keep it safe.
