With the world cup approaching, I've decided to get a TV for the one of the bedrooms for Mrs Aussieal to watch whilst I soak up the action from Brazil in the living room.

Ideally needs to be less than 32" - I'd get the Panny E6 if it was to be a 32" screen.

However the smaller stuff, 22, 24, 26 etc seems to be very thin on the ground these days. Any recommendations? Happy to pay for a good quality picture so doesn't have to be cheap.

Replaced an older 28" with a newer 32" almost the same visual footprint, almost went unnoticed.

I have seen a few different TVs recently and I must say the Toshiba 32" LCD (about 2 years old) I have in my bedroom has the best picture, both on SD and HD. I know I have not seen every TV going but its far better than the ones I have seen.

Sorry for the thread hijack but I'm in the same boat.

Could do with a TV with integrated Freeview HD too and an integrated dvd/blu-ray player.
