Hello all.

I have a Samsung Smart TV (UE32F4510) which has a damaged screen. The telly was only a day old when it happened and was wondering if the screens are prohibitively expensive (300 purchase price for the telly) or if it's worth anything to anyone as is?

David.

If it was only one day old isn't it covered by some form of guaranty?

That's all sorted. I've got the TV still and wondering if its salvagable.

Price for the screen alone is £160 + vat.

Samsung, Friend works for one of their service centres. They would charge about £70+vat to fit, but can't/won't supply parts only

Try your local Samsung service centre they may have a different policy. To get you an exact price they will need the serial number off the set as there are small variations in panel types.
