I'm looking at moving all my AV equipment to a central location so that I don't have a collection of boxes under the TV. The only problem that I don't have a solution for so far is that I will need to get the signal from the aerial face plate to the new location of the sky box. I could run new cables in walls but was hopping to avoid this if possible are there any other solutions?

The only reliable option is to extend or run new cables from the dish. You also have to think about how you're going to feed the Sky pictures back to your TV(s)
