Been trying to get through to Sky for the past couple of days but with me being busy and them taking the piss to answer the phone I thought I would ask on here.

I used to have multi-room in one of the bedrooms until March just gone when I cancelled it. I would now like it back in the room and still have the box + card set up. If I ring sky can they just activate it again or do they have to send a technician round to do something?

I think they have to send a new viewing card but that's it.

They will do it over the phone.

if you haven't already done it, when you speak to them tell them you couldn't afford it and ask them for a half price deal, I got this deal two weeks ago when I wanted to cancel a multiroom sub
