Small amp with bluetooth and 2x line inputs?

I'm looking for a compact amp for my kitchen/diner. Needs to have two line inputs (preferably one optical and one RCA or 3.5mm) for Airport Express and TV, and bluetooth for a tablet (internet radio). There are plenty with bluetooth and one line input, but can't find one with two. Needs to have remote control, so that rules out an external input switch.
