Difficult to make out the TV manual, but suspect in square number 3 will be left and right audio out - left will be white and right red. Connect this to the DVD input on your amplifier. Easy

Actually I think box 3 will be audio inputs to use with a composite or component video in and not an output.

Most new TVs don't have analogue outputs these days with can be a PITA. If that is an input then you have 2 options.

- Use the headphone socket with a 3.5mm to 2RCA cable. This will probably turn off the TV speakers and won't necessarily be the best SQ wise. For example http://www.amazon.co.uk/3-5mm-Stereo-Phono-Plugs-C...

- use the digital out into a cheap DAC, for example
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Neet®-DAC-Digital-Ana...

Both Amazon links are just random examples and not a specific recommendation.

I think the DAC would be the most sensible and then you can use the digital output. Just set it to PCM 2.0 in the options. Sometimes they can be set to bitstream.

Another alternative although slightly more expensive is

But anything like this is suitable smile
