I've got a new Pano LCD with a new Pano sound bar and some (only some) HD channels are out of voice sync both live and recorded..

HDMI connection currently but I've tried optical and it's no different. I've had no issues with our old Pano Plasma and surround system which has now gone but this is really fecking annoying!

I've not called Sky because it appears to be a known problem if you search on the inter-web

Any thoughts from those who know how to help please?

Had that very same problem it was a simple case of turn everything off and unplug for a few minutes and plug it back up again wait for the box to boot up and all done

You may have tried this, but if not, on your sky box go to Settings-Sound-Digital audio output delay and have a play with the settings in there.

I've tried that and the problem is the sync is only out on some HD channels, not all of them.

It's a known issue but sky are not interested in finding a resolution apparently.

Yep, seems to have become a far more major problem since the last update.

I have it here and seen it a several clients systems. How old is your box? It might be an early sign of a failing box Psu that I haven't spotted before.

The box is about 18 months old, the big hard drive version of the Sky+ HD box.

I do have insurance to cover the system so guess I should use that and perhaps change the box?
