Whilst it is high street pricing, I bought my Denon gear from Superfi, and had great service from the staff. They also did 10% NUS discount if you have any students who can help out in the purchase.

I will second this. Before I could drive I took a train all the way to Shrewsbury just to visit them to order some Kef Eggs as their prices were significantly lower than anywhere else and the service was top notch. Very helpful and the owner David certainly knows his stuff.

And if you like wine, drop in at Tanners wine merchant who are round the corner.
