Not sure if you're already with Sky (I am), but I called them up last week and asked them to price match a Virgin flyer that came through the door a while ago. I also got the numbers wrong as I forgot about Virgin's line rental charge but Sky still did the deal.
What I have now is the Original TV bundle with HD+ pack, HD+ box, Sky Go Extra, multi screen with HD box, unlimited broadband, and phone/ line rental for £41.65 per month. For some reason the first month is only £26 as well, no idea why. Free install of the second box too.
Even if you're not an existing customer it's worth asking them to beat Virgin's offers, I had a chat with a sales manager at Virgin a few months ago who told me that Sky have a massive budget to offer discounts against Virgin.
