What do the wires you coming from your speakers look like and what do the inputs in your TV look like?

If it connects via the digital audio cable, you may need to remove the small plastic plug from the TV that prevents crap getting stuck in socket.

Have a read of this.

http://worldwide.bose.com/productsupport/assets/pd...

That cable you have pictured has no business going into the back of the TV. It should be going into the "acoustimass module" which is the big subwoofer type thing. It looks like this then connects to the TV via the Interface Module and either via a digital optical cable or a standard stereo phono cable.

Did you unplug this from another TV before trying with the new one?

What other components and cables do you have with you speakers?
