Would this work - hdmi splitter
Discussion
Say I want to output a HDMI 1080p signal from source to 3 TVs would I be able to do the following.
Output > Splitter > Split 1 > TV1 Split 2 > HDMI over CAT.
TV2
CAT from above into another splitter and repeat above for TV3 using more HDMI over CAT.
Or does anyone know a better way to distribute HDMI!!

There are a couple of manufacturers that make something very similar.
Hdmi in, hdmi and 2 x hdbt outputs.
Cat.6 to the remote hdbt screens and the. Hdbt receivers at the screen ends.
Depending on budget, hdbt rather than hdbt lite kits even power the receiver over the cat6.
A little heavy on budget but the proper way to do it if you ask me. Certainly the only way I would do it for a clients project.
