Panasonic TX-55CS520B any good?

Hi after some advice after a new TV 55" and budget of £750 dont need 3D (blind in one eye) but a Smart TV is a must and not bothered about 4K.

Current TV is a 40" Panasonic which i like a lot CO-OP on eBay currently selling the TX55CS520B for £689.99 which seems fine.

Think i might be answering my own question, i think the TX-55AS802B is a better spec for not much more money and a 6 year warranty -

TX-55AS802B - Richer Sounds
