This lovely little gadget came to my attention a few weeks back so I asked our office to pre-order one; having just bought some new headphones I was immediately attracted to the idea. It's so new Arcam haven't even got around to updating their website but it's shipping now, T3 covered the pre-launch intro;

Mine arrived yesterday and in a word, it's brilliant. Nice firm fit for the iPhone 6 (6s will be a little tighter) but the most important bit is the improvement in audio quality which is marked. Also sits nicely in the hand. Better sound and longer battery life, pretty ideal really, the only catch is you lose remote control available from the headphones (volume etc.) but that's a small price to pay IMO.

£120. Excellent stocking filler if you move quickly.

Pair it with the Onkyo HF player and you have a combo that should sound even better.

That is neat.

I bought an Oppo HA-2 to pair with mine. Loved the sound but hated having such a bulky unit attached to my phone if I actually had to use it for anything else.

My solution was to use a separate iPod with the HA-2, but this could be the best of both worlds.
